At Umuthi, we stand behind the quality and care we put into every product and recommendation. If you’ve implemented our guidance and haven’t seen any improvement in your authority score, you may be eligible for a refund.

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds on our digital products within 60 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:

  • You submit your refund request in writing to connect@umuthi.io within the 60-day window.
  • You provide clear evidence that our recommendations were implemented (e.g. screenshots, live links, documentation).
  • We confirm that no measurable improvement has been seen in your domain authority or trust signals.


Review Process

Once your request is received, we’ll conduct a manual audit of your site to verify the implementation and assess the outcome. If your case meets our refund criteria, we’ll issue a full refund.

PayPal Payments

If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be processed directly to your PayPal account. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect.

Exclusions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Products not used or implemented
  • Requests submitted beyond the 60-day period
  • Cases where no auditable proof is provided

We value fairness, transparency, and growth. If something didn’t work for you, we want to understand why and make it right where we can.
